Piling rigs RTG

The rigs RG 14 T, RG 16 T, RG 19 T, RG 21 T are fitted with telescopic guides. They are characterized by extremely compact transport dimensions and short set-up times. The models RG 14 T and RG 16 T on the light transport device BS 55 were specially developed for pile driving and predrilling. The advantages of these devices: maximum mobility (easy to obtain transportation permits in Germany) and high performance on the site. The models RG 18 S, RG 22 S, RG 25 S and RG 27 S are equipped with a rigid, one-piece leader mast. Its extremely torsion-resistant design allows for heavy-duty pile-driving operations and drilling procedures at which the mast has to transfer higher torques. The RG 27 S enables heavy-duty pile-driving operations at depths of up to 27 meters thanks to the rigid leader mast and the installed motor capacity of up to 597 kilowatts. All models are designed as universal devices for a wide range of applications and have an excellent ratio of weight to power.

RTG telescopic and fixed leader masts are designed for the transmission of high tensile and compressive forces as well as for the reception of torques. In connection with the high motor capacities, they can be used as carrier cranes for a wide range of applications. All mounted equipment can therefore be exchanged within a series – in just a few minutes when using the automatic quick-coupling system ACS. The core function of all models is to vibrate sheet piles or steel pipes into the ground. In addition, RTG equipment can be used for many other processes – e.g. for vibration-free pressing of sheet piles with a sheet piling hydraulic press, for manufacturing bored piles or for use in various soil mixing processes.

ADVANTAGES
  • High efficiency coefficient due to effective utilization of the motor capacity (EEP) and optimized hydraulic components – this alone saves up to 20% of diesel fuel (approx. 1,000 l per month
  • Effective noise protection due to encapsulation of the vibrator housing and fully automatic integrated ventilation flaps on the carrier crane
  • At the front of the line when it comes to complying with exhaust emission limits (EU level 5)
  • Professional support for the user at work (B-Tronic for recording operation and machine data, comfort cabin)
