KRINGS PILING FRAME ELEMENT BLU
The BLU represents a low-deformation, universally applicable and economical shoring variant. It is particularly suitable for use in inner-city areas with crossing lines. The piling frame element, which serves as the upper guide for the trench sheeting to be inserted vertically into the floor, can be used when laying gas and water pipes and other house connections. The planks are lowered by low-vibration pressing with the excavator bucket during advance soil excavation.

Installation and presetting of the element are carried out in the same way as for edge-supported shoring systems. The support claws of the piling frame element can be used in two variants: for use in the excavation pit they are mounted on top of the element, for use outside the excavation pit they are mounted on the bottom of the element.

The KRINGS piling frame element Universal (DKU) was developed taking into account practical and procedural construction site boundary conditions and represents a low-deformation, universally applicable and economical shoring method. It is particularly suitable for use in inner-city areas with crossing pipelines as a supplement to large-area steel shoring. The piling frame element is installed and pre-set in the same way as the edge-supported KRINGS shoring systems.

The piling frame element is used as an adjustment and waling element for sheet piles. It is used in particular in areas that are heavily traversed by transverse pipelines and where large-area shoring cannot be used.
